HOW BOOKING WORKS
01. TRIP REQUEST
All trip requests made be made by completing this quick questionnaire. Once its completed, YMG will review your trip ideas and get in touch with you through your preferred contact method.
02. THREE TRIP OPTIONS
With your vacation vision in mind, YMG researches and plans three trip options for you based on our expert travel knowledge. We will email you these trip options to review.
03. VACATION SELECTION
When you decide which trip option is best for you, we will book your trip by submitting your traveler information and placing the required deposit.
04. TRIP MANAGEMENT
YMG Travels will manage your reservation by keeping up to date on travel information, schedule changes and confirmations. YMG Travels will remind you of payments as needed! You can submit payments for your trip here. We'll send you helpful travel guides as well!
05. BEFORE YOU GO
Before you go on your trip, we will prepare your travel documents and provide them to you. We will also provide you with an easy to reach place online to access the documents. Depending on the occasion you may get a care package from Yashy, too!
06. TRAVEL WITH CONFIDENCE
With YMG on your side, we hope you feel well prepared to go on your trip. During your travel, we will be available to your through all our direct contact methods should any hiccups occur.
